Tasks
- الإشراف على الخطط الدراسية لبرامج البكالوريوس في الكلية ومتابعة تحديثها .
- الإشراف على إعداد الجدول الدراسي للطلاب والتنسيق مع الكليات الأخرى.
- الإشراف على أعمال التسجيل في كل فصل دراسي بالتعاون مع عمادة القبول والتسجيل.
- الإشراف على جدولة ومراقبة الاختبارات الشهرية والنهائية في الكلية والاختبارات البديلة.
- الإشراف على التدريب العملي لطلبة الكلية ولجنة التدريب العملي.
- استقبال الطلبة للتوجيه والإرشاد وحل القضايا المتعلقة بالوضع الأكاديمي للطالب.
- اقتراح شروط وضوبط القبول والتحويل بالكلية والإشراف على تنفيذ قرارات الكلية بخصوص طلبات التحويل إلى الكلية.
- مراجعة واعتماد قوائم الحرمان.
- مراجعة واعتماد طلبات الاعتذار عن الدراسة.
- الإشراف على إعداد التقارير و الإحصاءات المتعلقة بالطلاب في الأقسام المختلفة.
