Admission Requirements
The applicant must have a master's degree in one of the following majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering,
Information Technology, and non-educational computer majorsThe applicant must have a GPA of (4 out of 5) or higher or its equivalent in a master’s degree in a major in Computer Science or (4.5 out of 5) in other disciplines, and the Department Council may make an exception from this, provided that the rate is not less than (very good).
The applicant has obtained a minimum of (148) in the (GRE) test.
The applicant must have a score of no less than (61) in the TOEFL Internet-based test (TOEFL-IBT) or its equivalent.
Attach a recent CV with copies of all relevant documents.
Submit an essay explaining research interests, scientific publishing, awards, etc., and explaining at least three research areas arranged in order of preference (with copies of all relevant documents).

Admission Requirements
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in the system (regularity) from King Saud University or any other university recommended by the Ministry of Education in one of the following scientific disciplines: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or specializations related to what Previously, "The applicant must review the department to see if his major is within the relevant specializations, before applying to the online admission portal."
The applicant must have a GPA of (4 out of 5) or higher, or its equivalent in a master's degree.
Obtaining a minimum score of (75) in the quantitative part in the Undergraduate General Aptitude Test (Qiyas) or (148) in the (GRE).
The applicant must have a score of no less than (61) in the TOEFL Internet-based test (TOEFL-IBT) or its equivalent.
Software Engineering

Admission Requirements
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in specializations (software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or information technology) from King Saud University or any other university recommended by the Ministry of Education with a grade of no less than (3.75 out of 5).
The applicant must have a master's degree in specializations (software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or information technology) from King Saud University or any other university recommended by the Ministry of Education, with a grade of no less than (4 out of 5).
The applicant must have a score of no less than (61) score in the TOEFL Internet-based test (TOEFL-IBT) or equivalent.
The applicant must have a score of no less than (148) in the (GRE) test in the quantitative reasoning part.
Information System
PhD in Information Systems
Admission Requirements
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in one of the computer disciplines (by regularity system) from King Saud University or any other university recommended by the Ministry of Education, with a minimum average of (4 out of 5) or equivalent.
The applicant must have a master's degree in information systems, or one of the related computer disciplines (by the regularity system) from King Saud University or any other university recommended by the Ministry of Education, with a score of not less than (4 out of 5) or equivalent, " The applicant must review the department to see if his major is within the relevant specializations, before applying to the online admission portal.
The applicant obtains a minimum score of (148) in the (GRE) test in the quantitative part as an alternative to the general aptitude test for undergraduates.
The applicant has obtained a minimum score of (61) TOEFL-IBT test score or equivalent.
Attach the applicant’s CV (with copies of all relevant documents).
Submit an essay explaining research interests, scientific publishing, awards, etc. and explaining at least three research areas arranged in order of preference (with copies of all relevant documents).
