About the Student Activities Committees

The Student Activities Committees at the College of Computer and Information Sciences at King Saud University are an important forum and portal that stimulates and supports the development and development of student talents, and a contributing factor to encouraging innovation and creativity among students through an advisory work system, financial resources and human forces that support the implementation and realization of visions and ideas, a tangible reality for everyone. List of Student Committee Points List at the College of Computer and Information Sciences

In light of the crowding of programs to be established within the activities of the committees and in light of the increasing opportunities and privileges granted to some distinguished people and to unify the mechanism for granting those advantages and opportunities allocated and allocated, a unified mechanism is adopted to be the just deciding on each grant, opportunity or reward, internal or external, and based on the majority of points. It is decided and decided upon, and the following are the details and mechanism for awarding points

Attendance to any student committee meeting, provided that the meeting has an official record documenting attendance, date and timing of the meeting, and the topics discussed

Assigned to attend each meeting (4 points)

Participation in any program, provided that the program is approved by the program director or by granting him a certificate of participation, or both

Each participant is assigned (7 points as a minimum) and (14 points as a maximum)

Managing any program from category (A), provided that the program is approved, successful and fulfills all conditions. Category (A) Program: A program that runs and runs over a period of two days or more

Allocated to the program director (minimum of 30 points)
And (60 points maximum)

Managing any program of category (B), provided that the program is approved, successful and fulfills all conditions. Category (b) program: a program that is set up and executed within a day

Allocated to the program director (15 points as a minimum)
And (30 points maximum)

Creating an idea that supports the process of the process committees, provided that the idea is presented through the official committee mail

Assigned to the innovator (4 points)

Introducing a program initiative (just an idea without finding a comprehensive study of the proposed idea), and that the idea is presented through the committees' official mail

Allocated to the shareholder (3 points)

In the event that any award is achieved for the college at the local level within King Saud University, it is required that the college be represented in an official form and approved by a college official

Allocated to the winner (10 points)

In the event that any university award is achieved at the local level for universities, institutions and institutes of higher education, it is required that the university be officially represented and certified by a university official

Allocated to the winner (20 points)

In the event that any prize for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is achieved at the international level, it is not required to officially represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Allocated to the winner (30 points)

In the event that it is revealed that a committee manager has violated the university’s regulations in general and the committee’s list in particular

Each member is awarded 7 points

Each member participating in any electoral process is granted a point for participation, regardless of the direction and stream of participation or election, provided that the election process is available to all members of the committees and that it is not limited to a specific category except for the category that is not entitled to vote mentioned in Article 4, 5 of the Regulations. The election

The participating member is awarded one point

It is granted to the heads of the sub-committees, the treasurer and the secretary general of the committees (40 points) per month as a maximum, subject to decrease and withholding by the committees director, based on the work and achievements during each month

The Chairman of the Committee awards (40 points)

It is granted to the assistants of the committee chairmen, the assistant secretary general, and the assistant cashier (20) per month as a maximum, subject to decrease and withholding by their direct superiors and upon approval of the committee manager, based on the work and achievements during each month

The assistant is awarded (20 points)

It is granted to assistants of committee chairs, assistant secretary-general and assistant cashier (9 points) per month as a maximum, subject to decrease and withholding by their direct superiors and upon approval of the committees director based on the work and achievements during each month

Each interaction with the committees' accounts through the new means of communication and communication is given a point for each interaction process (add - repost - preference - liking) and other actions that support the committees through the means of communication and modern communication with the importance of documenting operations through the work of Screen Capture and informing the committees through Official email

General Provisions

• The General Secretariat of the Committees supervises the program (My Activity ... My Points), which in turn approves the points awarded to members according to what is mentioned in these regulations

• The General Secretariat has the right to amend these regulations by deleting, adding or amending, provided that the director of the committees approves and that all members of the student committees benefit from them, in addition to the director of the committees who has the right to amend these regulations by adding or deleting and other means of amendment by notifying the general secretariat and all committee members within 48 Maximum one hour of adjustment process

• In the event that there is a deletion of one of the items of this bylaw with a member benefiting from the points of the item to be deleted, the item will be deleted while the points remain for the beneficiary member, with retroactive effect

• Points are calculated manually and electronically (if possible), with the necessity to document the reasons that caused the award of any points and attach the documentation to each member's file

• The program is comprehensive for all employees of the committees, headed by the director of the student committees and all the sub-committees of the committees, without exception

• No points are assigned to any member if 45 days have passed since the occurrence of the incident based upon when requesting any point, even if the incident based on it is due

• Each two points is equivalent to an hour registered in the semester or annual certificate approved by the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Deanship of the College of Computer and Information Sciences

• The committee director has the right to approve the points deduction for all members, subject to the approval and approval of the evaluation and follow-up committee for the discount decision

• The head of the evaluation and follow-up committee has the right to approve the deduction of the points of the committee members only with the approval and approval of the director of the committees

• The maximum limit for a single discount process does not exceed 20% of the total points owned by the member at the moment of discount

• Points deduction is not approved more than twice during one week, that is, during five consecutive school days
  

• The director of the committees has the right to approve the granting of additional points to the leaders of the sub-committees and all members of the committees with the importance of determining the reasons and the approval of the evaluation and follow-up committee

• When semi-complete support is found for one of the committees' programs, item (7) is not counted unless the partial support exceeds 50% of the total cost of the program
