Enhancing the unit’s contribution to the college by providing technical support and developing knowledge through various artistic and technical services in order to achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiaries by creating an optimal environment of laboratories, studios, and auditoriums that allow facilitating the educational process for the college’s students, employees, and faculty members.

Our Objectives and Services:

• Create a unified point of contact that allows users easy access and provides them with appropriate technical support.
• Ensuring the quality of laboratories, studios, auditoriums, and meeting rooms with their appropriate preparation.
• Developing service efficiency in the latest technology fields and requirements.
• Contribute to supporting and developing the college’s facilities and technical needs by providing technical support and following up on them on an ongoing basis.
• Providing periodic reports on workflow and work development needs.
• Providing services to postal groups.
• Operating machines and devices in auditoriums, meeting rooms, and studios.
• Maintaining faculty, staff, students, and laboratory equipment.
• Updating software and operating systems.
• Scheduling laboratories and preparing them according to schedules.
