Documentation and Statistics Unit

Objectives:

  • Highlighting the college's work and achievements by collecting and documenting data and preparing statistics that serve this purpose.
  • Preparing the annual report for the college according to a designated timeline.
  • Contributing to the preparation of reports and data collection requested by various university entities.
  • Supervising the educational process by preparing a readiness report for the college for each semester.

 

Tasks:

  • Collecting data and statistics, analyzing them, and documenting the college's work and achievements through:
    • Surveys related to scientific publications of faculty members
    • Community service activities
    • Student activities
    • Awards and competitions
    • Training courses
    • Conferences, and lectures

 

  • Preparing the annual report by developing data collection forms from various departments, agencies, and units of the college, refining, and preparing them in the format of the annual report.

 

  • Contributing to the preparation of reports and data collection requested by various

university entities, including reports and data requested by the Statistics Department, the University's Agency for Development and Quality, the University's Agency for Educational and Academic Affairs, and other university agencies and faculties.

 

  • Preparing the readiness report for the college and monitoring the progress of the educational process. The College's Agency for Development and Quality oversees the preparation of the college's readiness report and the progress of the educational process during the first two weeks of each semester. This includes the readiness of the building (classrooms, laboratories) and monitoring the scheduling of lectures, laboratories, and exercises for all college programs.
