Mission:

Enhancing the unit's contribution to the college by providing technical support and knowledge development through various technical and technological services to achieve satisfaction of beneficiaries. This is accomplished by creating an ideal environment in laboratories, studios, and auditoriums that facilitates the educational process for college members, including students, employees, and faculty.

Objectives and Services Provided:

• Establishing a unified contact point that enables users to easily access and receive appropriate technical support.
• Ensuring the quality of laboratories, studios, auditoriums, meeting rooms, and preparing them appropriately.
• Developing service efficiency in the latest technology fields and requirements.
• Contributing to supporting and developing the college's facilities and technological needs through continuous technical support and monitoring.
• Providing periodic reports on workflow and development needs.
• Providing services to mailing groups.
• Operating machines and devices in auditoriums, meeting rooms, and studios.
• Maintenance of faculty, staff, and student devices and laboratories.
• Updating software and operating systems.
• Scheduling and preparing laboratories according to the curriculum.
• Organizing reservations for studios and auditoriums and coordinating with the female section.
• Hosting workshops and courses, both from within and outside the college.
