Procedures for the Attendance of an External Examiner Residing outside Riyadh:

1. Fill out all the required information in the file here.
2. Attach the examiner’s ID (national ID or residence permit). It is necessary to include this to avoid rejection of the request.
3. Attach confirmation from the Deanship approving the defense committee.
4. Attach a copy of the defense announcement.
5. Send all the above documents to the agency's email at FCCIS1GSSR@KSU.EDU.SA
