The Documentation and Statistics Unit was established so that the college’s achievements and properties are recorded in numbers. The unit also acts as a link between the quality management within the college and the department of statistics and information of the university. In order to exchange statistics and document the achievements of the faculty at the university.

the message:Enhancing college excellence academically and administratively through the application of quality management systems, academic accreditation, strategic planning, and performance improvement. Building and strengthening communication with the college departments and university administrations to document and highlight faculty excellence scientifically and administratively.As well as, raising the level of awareness of the importance of inventory and auditing and its role in improving educational and administrative for college employees. 

Tasks of the Documentation and Statistics Unit: • Preparing the annual report for the various departments of the college.• Collecting and counting all the reports of the college’s departments, committees, and clubs affiliated with the college with the services and work they have provided, supported by annual statistics and data classified as follows: (scientific production, extra-curricular activities, new and modified programs, equipment, awards and patents, plans and Projects, departments' courses and activities, visits to departments and faculty, human cadres, conferences attended by faculty members, community service statistics ).• Preparing the annual report of the college's achievements.• Follow-up of the faculties' statistics and respond to their letters.Carrying out other tasks assigned to the unit with regard to documentation and statistics.
