On behalf of my colleagues and myself, I extend a warm welcome to the Department of Computer Science in the College of Computer and Information Sciences at King Saud University. Our department has a long legacy of advancing education, research, and service in computing.

We remain committed to delivering high-quality academic programs designed in accordance with international standards and best practices. Our curriculum spans foundational areas and contemporary domains, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, and cloud computing, to prepare graduates with rigorous theoretical knowledge and applicable technical skills.

The department actively supports Saudi Arabia’s strategic development goals by nurturing competent professionals capable of contributing to national innovation and digital transformation.
