The Student Affairs Unit is pleased to outline its role in supporting the academic and administrative processes by monitoring student affairs and providing essential services. Our objective is to foster an organized educational environment that enhances academic performance and strengthens communication between students, academic departments, and relevant stakeholders.
| Target Audience:
College departments, vice-deaneries, and undergraduate students (male and female) at the College of Computer and Information Sciences.
| Objectives of the Student Affairs Unit:
• Supervising the implementation of policies and regulations governing student affairs.
• Monitoring student cases and taking necessary procedural actions.
• Coordinating with academic departments to prepare course schedules and oversee the registration process.
• Collaborating with the Deanship of Admission and Registration regarding course scheduling and the academic system.
• Developing student services to enhance work quality and provide comprehensive academic and administrative support.
| Responsibilities of the Unit:
• Policy Oversight: Supervising the execution of goals, policies, and regulations related to student affairs.
• Case Management: Processing student cases and initiating the required administrative procedures.
• Registration Monitoring: Following up with departmental registration committees.
• Scheduling Coordination: Liaising with departments and colleges to finalize course schedules.
• Institutional Liaison: Coordinating with the Deanship of Admission and Registration on matters pertaining to academic systems and scheduling.
