Objectives of the Personnel Affairs Unit
• Supervising the unit’s employees and organizing the workflow
• Follow up on the development of the performance of female employees in the unit
• Preparing periodic reports
• Supporting female employees by creating a fair work environment and distributing work among female employees
• Follow up the tasks and works of the Female Personnel Affairs Unit with other departments
