2.    Rules and regulations for publishing papers in conferences as a output of funded projects by RC.

يقبل المجلس النشر فيها أوارق علمية خارجة من المشروعات البحثية المدعومة من قبل مركز البحوث و قرر المركز بأن من الشروط الواجب توفرها هي الشروط التالية حيث يجب أن تتوفر في أي مؤتمر ينشر فيه نتاج البحوث العلمية المدعومة من قبل المركز:

A.    Published paper must be a full paper (not short/abstract).

B.     The existence of a direct and strong relation between this published paper and the corresponding supported project.

C.     The conference must be specialized in the corresponding supported project with good quality.

D.    The conference must be organized by a well-recognized scientific body such as IEEE, ACM, IEE, IFIP, ASEE, Springer, etc.

E.     The PI should take the approval from the RC council before he can submit the final camera-ready paper.

المجلس لا يمانع في المشاركة في المؤتمرات التي تعقد محلياً أو داخل الوطن، بل على العكس من ذلك يشجع على ذلك الأمر ولكن من المفترض أن تكون تلك المؤتمرات رصينة علمياً وتحقق الشروط أعلاه ذات العلاقة. يعلن ذلك كله لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية علوم الحاسب والمعلومات.
