Mission

Raising the level of performance in the College units to obtain the highest national and international academic recognition by spreading the culture of quality and its standards through active participation and support to the academic and administrative units in the College of Computer and Information Sciences

Objectives

• Promote a culture of quality in the college through the convening and organizing conferences, workshops, lectures, posters,…etc.
• Work on the implementation and follow-up evaluation and accreditation of all academic programs of study in the College.
• Contribute to developing and improving the academic and administrative faculty in accordance with the domestic and international standards.
• Identify and propose possible improvement projects necessary to achieve them.
• Collect data and information on an ongoing basis on the activities of quality at the college.
• Develop entrepreneurship among employees of the College for submission of proposals that can improve performance in the College.

Duties

• Convening and organizing seminars, lectures and workshops etc, so as to promote a culture of quality at the college.
• Evaluating performance and quality assurance procedures of the different college academic and administrative units in line with its criteria and indicators.
• Pursue the development of strategic plans by the College units, and assess the implementation stages.
• Follow up the incentives for innovation and excellence in academic and career performance of the College staff.
• Provide logistic support to the subject of academic accreditation to ensure the accreditation of the college's programs at the local and international levels.
• Completion of the unit staff and following-up its knowledge acquiring and training.
• Perform any other functions entrusted to the unit in terms of quality and its application.
